Future S60 devices may offer users more than two storage locations. In addition to the device memory and a memory card, devices may include a second memory card slot or internal mass storage.
The Multiple Drive Support (MDS) Plug-in provides the APIs necessary to access these multiple user-visible drives.
Nokia N96 with the build in 16GB mass storage flash memory module and equipped with the MicroSD card slot will be the first S60 phone with one more drive!!? I hope it meaqns that soon be we'll able to make partitions on the memory drives!? That will be pretty ha... .. .
